Digestion

To digest food, stomach creates a hormone called gastrin that acts as a supportive ingredient to the digestive enzymes. In other words, it helps in keeping the digestive system healthy. Insufficient amount of gastrin produced by the stomach could result in inadequate stomach acid, which directly affects the digestive system.

The ingested food will not break down in the stomach and will not pass from the small intestine. Also, the lack of gastrin could also cause lack of nutrient absorption in the body. Some of the digestion issues are GERD, gallstones, ulcerative colitis, and irritable bowel.

Some other causes are low-fiber diet, infection, inflammation lactase deficiency, and poor circulation of food in intestines. Therefore, it is of ultra importance to maintain proper inner nutrition for better health.
